MindRight is looking for Cultivators!
Understanding of cannabis plant biology – life cycle, strains, nutrient needs, etc.
Familiarity with grow techniques – hydroponics, soil, aeroponics, etc.
Knowledge of lighting systems – LED, HPS, MH, and how light cycles affect growth.
Pest & disease management – identifying issues and treating them safely.
Harvesting & curing techniques – proper timing, trimming, drying, and storing.
High school diploma or GED (required by most).
Associate’s or bachelor’s in horticulture, agriculture, or plant science (preferred, not always required).
Prior experience in agriculture, gardening, or nursery work is a plus.
Experience specifically with cannabis is highly valued but not always required for entry-level.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working on your feet, bending, and crouching for extended periods.
Able to work in hot, humid, or bright environments (especially in indoor grows).
May involve weekends, holidays, or long hours during key stages (like harvest).
Requires attention to detail, following SOPs (standard operating procedures).
Ability to maintain discretion and compliance with local laws.
Strong attention to detail (you’re caring for living plants).
Good team communication and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passion for cannabis and the science behind growing it.
